| Rates and Terms
| Rental is generally by the week, but, if available, the house can be rented on a daily basis, with a 3-day minimum. Check-in is at 3pm and check-out is at noon. | | January, February, March, April & December

Print the Rental Agreement and mail it to us. Please try to reserve as far in advance as possible. A deposit of 50% must be included with your Rental Agreement. The balance (plus a $500 damage deposit quickly refunded to you after your departure) must be received no less than two weeks before your arrival, or the computer automatically cancels your reservation.
| Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations received 60 days or less from the scheduled arrival date will not receive any refund (except for refund of the damage deposit). Cancellations received more than 60 days before arrival will receive a 50% refund. There are no refunds for cancellations of Christmas, New Years or Easter periods. Because of this cancellation policy, sometimes the house becomes vacant when we thought it was booked. Therefor, you are encouraged to check back with us even though the initial response from us was that the house is booked. | Our Lawyer Says to Tell You:
The pool and property are used at your own risk with no liability on the part of the home owner. If you have children, please supervise them carefully.
